NEW CLIENTS: A Health History Form must be completed online prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100%.
Outstanding fees must be paid before future bookings can be made. If you are late to your appointment, the treatment will still end at the same time with no change in fee.
PRICING: All Massage Therapy treatments are subject to HST.
